Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made before the order has been dispatched /shipped at our end.
- There will not be any cancellation if the order has been dispatched / shipped.
We are committed to ship quality products using right packaging material so that it can reach to you without any in transit damages. We do check all your order items manually to ensure that you won’t get any kind of defective or damaged product.
Defective and Damaged Product –
If there is some minor defect in product like some of the stones are not fixed properly or they are out due to long distance transport we will suggest you to fix them at your end.
If there is some major defects or damage happens please let us inform with the image of that product within 2 days of delivery then we will decide that whether we will replace that product or to issue refund for that.
We don’t prefer to have goods been returned to us due to high cost of return shipping but you need to return the product back to us and return shipping has to be paid by buyer.
Item must be returned within 5 days of delivery and must be in original condition with all its original packing. We will either issue refund of the returned product or replace the product. In case of product replacement shipping cost of replaced product must be borne by the buyer.
Returned (RTO) Orders:
If parcel is returned to us due to wrong/incorrect address or buyer refuses to accept the parcel due to any reasons, To and Fro shipping charges will be deducted before issuing any store credit.
Wrong Product Received –
If you receive products different than you ordered do let us inform about that along with pictures of item received within 2 days of receiving shipment, we will refund you or replace them free of cost.
What if customer don’t like the delivered Product ?
We try our best to describe the product in product detail page with information like Product material, Type, Dimensions, sizes, colors etc. As we don’t have any restrictions on minimum order quantity, we suggest you to buy low quantity initially and when you are satisfied with the quality of the product, increase the quantity in your next order. We don’t accept any returns arising out of mood change or perception.
